Downtime Status Update
The server will not be down for much longer. We had run into some issues with setting up Window Server 2003 in a virtual environment but that has now been resolved. We have, successfully, created it on our test server and have just setup it up on Athena. The only thing I am waiting for now is a new software key for the server protection software and then we will be bring Athena back online.
If this downtime was not absolutely necessary, we would have avoided it. We'd rather have the server down for one or two days than having to worry about more people exploiting things on the server and ruining it for everyone.
