i'd suggest switching between the 2 daggers depending on the situation

AS Haste user (if he's quick enough)'ll use bluff twice when guy with dagger without Haste SA is going to use bluff just once.

Whats more in Interlude trick and switch skills are going to cancel targets also in pvp, so having AS Haste on TH which one is giving to you shorten skill re-use delay's going to be crucial.
