After your donation is received you will be contacted through the PayPal email used in the transaction. In the email you will be asked to verify your donation and include the character information that your reward will be linked to. As soon as we can confirm your shipping address, your information for your donation reward and merchandise will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority mail. The package will include merchandise such as a T Shirt.   If you have any questions about donating, feel free to email howtodonate@es-l2.com.

All packages will be shipped in a timely manner, usually within 1-2 business days of the transaction. The estimated shipping time is 2-3 days from the date the package is shipped.


If you don't like the merchandise you received you will be allowed 7 days from the transaction to return your item. All items must be unused/unworn and received within 7 days of the transaction date to qualify for a full refund. Please make sure you ship your item(s) using a carrier with signature confirmation, tracking number, and shipping insurance.



By submitting donations you agree to the following.

Donations as monies and materials given by private persons and organizations to Eternal Sin Gaming without receiving anything in exchange. The term donation is used interchangeably with the term
gift throughout this document.

Upon donating, you agree that you are NOT entitled to receive any compensation in lieu of the donation you made, but instead, rewarded with a virtual gift, according to the information indexed on the website under 'Donations', for your generosity.

Remember all merchandise reward items will be bound to the character name you provide us. All items given through this program is non transferable.
